WARNING: Dine here take a pillow, we had a table booked for 12,when we arrived we were told our seats was somewhere down that way,as we made our through what seemed 1000 people. Our meals all arrived at different times but the earliest arrived 1 hour 20 after ordering, some at the table had finished while others hadn't started. This place now crams everyone in so close together that you can't move, they are totally forgetting people have to get up to get their meals,it's pathetic how they have put the $$$$ over people's safety. Here's a tip for them,if you can't cater for so many people don't take so many bookings. Never again
Fathers day lunch, bloody tops!
Highly recommended for a family get-together. Didn't go to the Bottlemart but to the main hotel area for a meal. Had family down from Brisbane and the ladies went elsewhere. Great atmosphere and the food fantastic. Played some partners pool. Other patrons were really friendly and visitors were felt welcome.

This pub has gone from one of the best in Sydney to one of the worst as a community hub for Winston Hills. Whole place is focused on gaming, anything else they just don't care about at all. Went there tonight to watch the football with some friends, AC was on and it was 8-9 degrees inside, asked the Manager to put some heat on, nothing happened. Froze until we left as it was just too cold, walked through the poker machine room was warm and cozy of course. Customer service (unless you are playing poker machines) is non existent. Very disappointing to see a great local hotel ruined like this. Makes it easy to support anti poker machine lobbyists when I see my local pub destroyed like this, pretty disappointing.
