Agree with the guy below. I’ve been coming here forever but haven’t been since this outbreak and was excited to return.. quite disappointed at the rudeness of their new staff. Tone and attitude really put me off. So much so that I won’t be coming back again. Communication goes a long way, speak to your customers like their pieces of s#%* then don’t expect us not to express our negative review.

Fantastic burgers ..try the sweet potato fries and caramel honeycomb thick shake
Do not order through Menulog, told 30-40 mins, waited well over an hour. Contacted Menulog and they canceled my ordered and used the word awesome during the conversation of me Cancelling my order!!!!
Today I tried the El burger and the El butter milk after it being recommended by the girl at the counter. Although the burger was ok, it was very underwhelming. The chicken patty was flat with flavour and the sauce added very little to the overall flavour combination. The El burger was nicer but as the signature burger it was also average. The sauce once again let this burger down. A great sauce can make or break a burger and on the occasion it was not there. My review is in reflection of the overall reviews of this establishment. Having a 4.3 star rating for 200+ reviews is an amazing score and I was expecting premium burgers. Will not eat here again
