Very greedy. Uptight. Very disappointed. Been meaning to leave this review. Oh you have friend thats thinking of joining the gym with you? No free trial pass, they would charge anywhere from 30.00. You better make sure you have the funds in your account when they debit your weekly bill! Because if your missing a couple cents they will charge you a 10.00 late fee added on top of your weekly bill. (I called them a minute after the payment failed to pay.. couldnt waive the 10$ late fee) im sure Ezi Debit doesnt charge them that much if a payment failed. I told the front desk im moving out the country and my membership finished by then and to cancel it. Turns out they been billing me every week since i been gone. Mind you i havent stepped foot there in months. (Lady advised it’s because the people in the front desk at the time was “new” didnt add notes and cancelation) They even wiped my account clean and said due to their policy they cant fully cancel my membership because im still missing a few payments for the weeks i havent even stepped foot in the gym. Why would i pay you if im not working out in that gym anymore? Im not even in the country anymore! (Do you know how annoying and expensive it is on my end to have to call internationally just to sort and explain this problem to them and it goes no where?) Also No matts lol so do your exercises on the hard floor. (Owner said its due to “covid”, Anytime Fitness has great matts) Very greedy these people are. If you’re a member im sure you know the struggle. Goodluck everyone. Hide your kids, hide your pockets and hide your wallets!
