I sought to find a Justice of Peace to affirm my Statement of Claim. In light of the Bankstown LGA specific Lockdown, when most Justice of the Peace were closed and not offering their services I called this law firm as a last resort. I was told that to sign. The law firm offered their services for a lawyer to sign the affirmation at their lawyer's consultation rate of $550/hour. I appreciate that the lawyer's consultation rate is $550 per hour however in these very restrictive times I was hoping that the Lawyers would be more considerate. As a member of the Bankstown Community it's a shame that other member of the community try to make a pretty penny off the mishaps of other members of their LGA. I fortunately called another practising solictor who helpfully recommended that a GP or Pharmacist could also sign in the stead of a justice of peace. The service was free of charge by the doctor.

Greenfield lawyers were able to get me a non-conviction for charges which I pled guilty to. I understand that for the charges I was facing, this was positive outcome was quite unlikely. I think this speaks strongly to the result they acheived. I felt cared for through the entire process with Anna and Monique as my lawyers. When I was arrested and charged with additional counts, both Anna and Monique worked on their day off to represent my case to the police, arrange for bail, and negotiate some of the charges. Greenfield Lawyers earned me a second chance that I may not have otherwise received.
Financial assistance provided meant I was able to receive representation, however this did not affect the quality and professional service I received. Of 1 criminal charge and 3 fine originally, Monique and Anna worked as a team to have the criminal charge dropped along with one of the fines. On the other two fines I received a good behavior bond and guilty for the other, with no fee for the fine. The Judge even said that he did not need to hear my lawyers plead my case as they had more than covered every angle and the quality of documentation was more than sufficient. In the end, if the Judge is impressed, that should speak for itself.
Great service, they were able to represent me and managed my case while I was overseas. Their feedback and support made a potentially stressful time easily manageable for both me and my family.
