good service but its not self serve so im not sure why its called coin laundry
Been there so many times with clothes and down doona to wash and happy about the service. But this time was very upset because we bring the same doona which had been washed there at least four times before, it already have a few stain marks on it and we understand stains won't come off but they still refuse to wash for us. Even we are willing to sign an agreement with them said there would be no liability with the stain marks but still refuse. Their excuse is "it is not about the stains or what they are, the reason is the marks won't come off." They totally miss the point, I just want it wash and put it away. Doona has quilt cover, don't care about the marks. I just want it dry clean because it is a down doona. Will never go back again and will not recommend anyone who wants headache free service!
