A big thank you to Matt G from Rose Bay Plumbing who came to investigate a leak in our newly bought apartment and spent two full days with us, installing our new fridge, Insinkerator (helping claw back some much needed cupboard space), laundry sink and most importantly helping move the hot water system from the Master Bedroom cupboard to the balcony. We had actually been told this couldn't be done without a huge amount of work, ripping up our newly polished floor boards etc. but Matt found a way to run the pipes over the kitchen cabinetry (without being seen) through the pantry wall and into the main bathroom. Now we have much more space in our wardrobe. Most of all, the work Matt did was tidy, efficient and professional. He also took the time to explain what he was doing - and why. Hopefully we don't need to see you for a while - but if we do, will definitely be happy to see Matt G's face again.
The original charge was excessively high, but after I left a review here explaining this, the owner responded, identified a pricing error and offered to refund the total cost in apology. It was a hassle but the work was done quickly and seems good quality.
Top quality service! From the office staff to the boys that did the job. Matt gave a complete run down of what was wrong and sadly even though it meant a replacement mixer tap, they worked with me to come back the next day to install it. Very careful to be clean and tidy, removed shoes and washed up after, the house now smells pleasantly of eucalyptus. Highly recommend.
