Awful, they've ruined a number of expensive garments, each time claiming there was a non existent stain or problem when them came in. Stay well clear.
This place is terrible. They are rude, will change their pricing as they see fit and will even hold your clothes at random unless you pay an extra amount that wasn’t included on your receipt. Ironing often comes back wrinkled and dry cleaning isn’t much better. Be careful when giving your clothes to one person and picking it up off one of their other staff as they will try to charge you different prices even against what is on your receipt.
Go elsewhere! Expensive and when i returned top that wasnt cleaned properly. He said nothing. I asked besy option which he recommended dry cleaning. Any way hes rude and extremely poor customer service.
When you pay for Dry Cleaning I believe they are not actually dry cleaning them and are in fact just washing them. I have suspected this for a while as lots of dry clean only products came back with colour runs, shrinkage etc. The proprietors english changes whereby they miraculously can no longer understand or speak english when you complain. I used them for several years before it was too blatantly obvious that they were ripping people off and if you complain they will NEVER replace the damages they caused due to negligence. Go elsewhere.
