    Were else would you go, but JB, for all your movies and music. They do stock TV's, Computers, a bit of gaming and tech

    Seems the staff are kept busy and have to eat in the showroom. Firstly a rather large fella placed his breakfast container on a display laptop then proceeded to eat alongside his coworkers. Then as I browsed the other end of the store another take away food container just like the staff member I observed at the computer section left by the Audio section. Perhaps it's time to invest in a breakout room for staff to eat rather than on display in store, nothing discreet about this place! Usually have a 5 star experience but this was very off-putting today

    Best part of JB Hi Fi is knowledgeable staff who will give advice without necessarily selling something (unlike Harvey Norman). Downside is difficult to find any available staff!

    Would just like to thank the manager Karin who was extremely helpful. Had issues with the new iphone and she was extremely helpful and understanding making it a very pleasant experience. Also to the blond hair bloke who helped set the phone up (unsure of his name) thanks heaps. Really appreciate it
