    Such a supportive environment and have all the needs to train hard with quality equipment. I definitely recommend for bodybuilding and powerlifting type of training styles. The owner is very professional. 😊

    SPC Performance lab is one of the best gym's I have trained at !! If you're looking for a quality Powerlifting gym at an affordable price then look no further. The gym has everything you can think of from calibrated weight plates to mono lift Squat racks and everything in between. Paul has created a very welcoming environment and is one of the most knowledgeable professionals in the industry. He has personally helped me through my Squat, Bench and Deadlift main lifts by identifying ques I need improve apon. He delivers awesome feedback and demonstrates correct techniques to implement within my training, which I have seen amazing results from. My overall strength and performance is at an all time high since following his programming.
