    MBA has really helped get me out of my comfort zone. I have noticed a difference in my strength and fitness since joining in November last year. The classes are always challenging and creative and most importantly push you to your limits. MBA is a friendly and supportive crew to be a part of. The team are always thinking of new ways to get the best from each member.

    People at MBA are there to help you achieve what you want to achieve from the fittess to the over-weight and unfit like myself. MBA has taken me further than I thought I could go and more to go yet. If you think CrossFit sounds way too serious for you, as I once did, give it a go and see what you really can do.
