    We love Edgecliff pets! They’re so lovely, and always ready to help. The dog treats and dog food range is absolutely amazing and so extensive. When we bring our dog they always remember his name and there’s always a treat waiting! We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

    If Google permitted me to give Edgecliff Pets 10 stars, that would be my preferred rating for the service that I received. I am from the United States and was in a desperate search for a specific product that I needed for my dog which was sold only in Australia. I happened to stumble across Edgecliff Pets online and decided to email the store. After corresponding with Patricia and explaining the situation through multiple emails, she was willing and able to locate, order and ship the product to me. I am so grateful to her for going above and beyond to assist a total stranger on the other side of the world!!!

    We adopted our rescue puppy, Lucky, when he was 6 months old. We hired a trainer as he expressed symptoms of anxiety. This was disastrous as it only brought out other behaviour issues with the dog and the trainer then chose to no longer help us. The team at Edgecliff Pets suggested we use three products: a toy with Pheromone drops, a Pheromone collar and Canine Tranquility treats. These products definitely helped, and within several weeks we started seeing a huge improvement which then enabled us to train him properly ourselves. Lucky is now 5 years old and he’s the most adorable, obedient and loving dog.
