Stood at the counter for 15 minutes being completely ignored while staff wiped down counters. A man finally came from out the back to finally take my order. When i finally did receive my drinks they were 2/3rds full and quite bland. I will definitely never return to this sub par business again.
We often have a coffee or tea after shopping on a Sunday. Variety of other goodies which suits the grandson when with us. Good place to chill.
Bought a coffee from this place.My son spilled the whole small sized coffee on the floor.I asked them for a cloth to wipe the floor. Didn’t even offer to make a new one. Don’t recommend this place. Not kind at all. I will never go there again. Very disappointed.
I had a nice, cold decaf iced coffee and it was so yum! The staff were lovely! I would recommend!
I enjoyed a lovely coffee & toasted pear & raspberry bread at GJs Winston Hills today. Both were delicious! But the service given by the lovely young lady behind the counter was what was really good - a BEAUTIFUL smile, fully engaged, she really seemed to enjoy what she was doing. Being mobility impaired, I asked her if she'd mind bringing my order to my table, which she didn't hesitate to reply yes to. When she brought it to me, there was the beautiful smile again. To enjoy the meal you buy is just a fraction of the equation. It's the service in the end that makes or breaks a visit to a place. This young lady made it such for me. Thankyou!
