    I recently had my wedding dress made with Atelier Rose and my experience was incredibly awful, to say the least. The lack of communication, attention to detail and extremely poor customer service was so unprofessional on every level. Kelly and Jennifer were late to every appointment and at times we were made to sit and wait, for up to 45 minutes. There was no prior notification that they were going to be late and after they arrived there was little to no explanation or apology for their total disregard and disrespect for other people and their time. The day we were made to stand out on the footpath and wait for 20 minutes was particularly disappointing. I had arranged to pick up my dress on a Wednesday at 10:30am, 2 days before my wedding, only to arrive and be told it wasn't finished yet and to come back at 3:45pm. When arriving back at 3:45pm thinking we were finally taking my dress home, it STILL wasn't finished. This should have been an amazing, special and beautiful moment. Instead, it was beyond devastating, as I stood in the changeroom and broke down in tears. My dress eventually got delivered to my house at 9:30pm that night. The dress was ill-fitting and uncomfortable, shoulders kept falling down throughout the day, the back was loose and when I went to hook my train up, the button was too big to fit through the loop. Thankfully, the venue had safety pins so we could pin it up, however they of course don't quite do the job as nicely. Instead of a happy, exciting and memorable occasion, it was stressful, upsetting and horrible experience.

    Couldn’t be more satisfied. 10/10 would recommend. Lovely staff. One of a kind dresses as well as brand names. Very helpful and lovely. Staff even give advice on other areas for the wedding day. Offers hair pieces and other formal dresses too. Boutique feel. Great and fun shopping experience.

    From the moment we walked in the door - I felt like they understood my daughter and did an amazing job to find the perfect dress for her. They have been so helpful and to have a dressmaker on site to be able to advise and guide - brilliant. I highly recommend Atelier Rose to any bride. thank you

    Beautiful gowns with exquisite fabrics. Gorgeous range of accessories. This elegant shop has plenty of room & is well laid out. Alterations available by onsite very experienced dressmakers, very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful with some great suggestions.
