    You'd think something as basic as answering emails or replying to voicemails would be at the top of your list especially when you have a google presence. Any type of order confirmation/ Delivery Information has been non existent making it extremely frustrating when organising an ongoing shop fit out wanting to know when the basin arrives. Useless
