Recommended highly. I’ve read other reviews of Sarah’s approach to teaching Pilates and find it difficult to add more superlatives, even though I’d like to! Her approach is professional and caring and tailored to your personal needs. She always chooses the right exercises to strengthen and target appropriate areas. Her gentle manner is relaxing while she gives clear directions and explanations as to why we’re doing this particular movement. Pilates is so good if you’ve had any back issues in the past. Strengthening your core makes all the difference to your posture and everyday life and Sarah goes further to help bring a healthy balance to your whole body. Thank you, Sarah.
Sarah's warm and professional approach provides an encouraging and safe space for all levels of ability. Her classes are a highlight of my week and I enjoy my body feeling stronger and stable for the next 3days after her class! Incorporating different pieces of pilates equipment each week, combined with thoughtful music selection, keeps the classes engaging and dynamic. Sarah is a superb teacher and delightful, warm and caring person. She is very knowledgeable, meticulous in her preparation and clearly committed to staying abreast of new knowledge and research related to both Pilates and health and well-being in general. Her very individual approach means that regardless of your level of experience, fitness, flexibility and health that she will prepare a program that suits you. If you are a beginner rest assured that she will clearly explain and demonstrate. I have been lucky enough to be training with her for over two years. When I started I was having lots of problems with my right knee and left shoulder. I am just back from a 4 day hike in Tasmania on which I carried a 13 kilo pack without a twinge in knee or shoulder! If my Pilates strengthened quad muscles could speak they would be screaming out ‘ thank you Sarah’! The hike that would once have been a huge challenges was a breeze!! I am 100% sold on Pilates as THe exercise for life!😀
Sarah is a thoughtful, professional and caring instructor. You are in good hands when working with her whether you're a beginner or seasoned pilates practitioner.
