Friendly, inviting, warm, accomodating and knowledgeable. I highly recommend a visit to Spa Sublime when staying in Katoomba. Beautiful setting and really lovely staff. The team were high accomodating of our requests to be treated together and moved other appointments around to facilitate our requests. They even altered the menu offering to deliver an incredible amount of value for us. We loved our almost 2 hour mud wrap, body polish, scalp treatment, massage and facial.
Had the Spa Par-Tea experience with my partner and we both had an amazing time! Our masseuses were friendly, professional and experienced. The high tea afterwards was well organised also; the team at Bygone Beautys expected us and asked about our spa date. The high tea itself was also delicious! Would very much recommend this experience!
I have never seen this kind of customer service before! I went to reception and asked about their service and the lady who was in reception said we are already booked in so I can't help you! I know today is Saturday and Sunday you don't work but you could offer me the next availability if you like to help me. That is why I think you didn't like to offer your services to me! How rude and unprofessional service!
Highly recommend Spa Sublime. Hubby and I had a very relaxing and pampering massage to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. The team at Spa Sublime were fantastic! Beautiful shop too; full of irresistible gift ideas, and I was fortunate to receive this beautiful gift from hubby to remember our special day 👌💝
Amazing experience. Beautiful products used on the facial and the massage was so relaxing. They made us feel very welcome and checked what pressure we liked before they started the massage. It was also nice as they communicated what they were doing throughout the facial. Would highly recommend!
