I recommend that you avoid this branch if you aren't in the mood for being treated badly by your own bank. Some of the staff here haven't been interested in being helpful or even polite in my experience and every visit has been painful and a time waster. The service I have needed, I have been able to get from another branch where their staff were helpful and polite so unsure why this branch make things super difficult.
Forget everyone else, Suman, the general manager is the most helpful, friendliest guy in Sydney! Seriously. Someone needs to give him an award.
Went in today and ask the teller if I could have a $100.00 note for two $50.00. She asked if I was a customer. I said no, she said “I’ll do it this time only, you need to go to your own bank”. I bank with Qudos, and the closest branch is Miranda. I couldn’t understand the attitude. No wonder banks have such a bad name.
Terrible customer service. Poor knowledge by staff in process and policy (told three times three different ways to complete my transaction)
Customer service by phone is non existent Trying to report lost card cannot get through to speak to a person No wonder people are changing banks
