Great service and quality products.
I asked for my bike's derailleur to be setup. The price wasn't too high and the work was quick, but the work was sloppy. The derailleur hit the spokes, which caused me to have trouble with broken spokes three times. I asked them to repair spokes twice, but they didn't realize it was due to the derailleur they had set up. When the spokes broke for the third time, I asked Cronulla's Chain Reaction Cycle to repair it, and they immediately noticed the derailleur anomaly. They fixed the derailleur and it has been fine since. I also asked Cyclery Studio to put grips on my handle bar, and quess what? It arrived upside down. This shop looks fashionable, but the service isn't that great.
