Bought a bike from them a while ago, Jason went above and beyond to install a dropper seat post with internal cabling on it for us - when I later had a minor issue with it, the problem was resolved without delay. Excellent service, highly recommend.
Excellent customer service. I realised I'd forgotten my helmet on my way to a ride in the CBD, so googled nearby cycle shops around Sutherland and found Durban Cycles. Dropped in, and was very happy with my purchase, both quality and price. The man (didn't get his name) was very helpful and patient, making sure my new helmet fitted correctly, including taking time to sort out those tricky chin straps for me.
I am no bike guru, but all I know is that I had no brakes at all working on my bike. The nice guy here at Durban was friendly and said it might take a while as they were so busy. I said no dramas. Got a call back within 24 hours saying it was done and was cheap as! That's awesome service, thank you so much! Now I don't need to brake like Fred Flintstone when I'm going down a hill A++
