Even the reviews show a shop that ran smoothly on donations, and accepted donations when the staff wasn’t so uptight. When the old staff ran the place it was fun to shop there. You’d find things for the home and an odd piece of clothing reasonably priced. Now the prices are getting higher. New sheriff in town? Apparently, monitoring everything and everyone. It’s donations for crying out loud and you shouldn’t upset your customers when they try to give you donations. Or even when they want to negotiate. That’s what made the experience fun.
Absolutely love coming here. Always new treasures to be found with friendly staff & great prices. One of the best op shops around!
Well. Who's the lady with the personality of a pole? Who speaks down to everyone. This used to be a really busy place on a Thursday. Looks like a ghost town. I was overcharged. I was spoken down to. I was disappointed in my visit yesterday. I miss Merilyn and Tony who kept it as it was- an op shop. This new woman needs to park in her lane and stay there. She's about as warm as a polar bear. I will be shopping there on her days off. This is the face of your business.
What a downfall as a result of the new management. No prices on most items, you dare to ask pricing to manager. I will not donate there as to rude, unthankful, signage. Wish it was how it use to be.
This place is excellent, definitely worth the trip.
