I had my BMW 125i in for a waterpump/thermostat replacement and had some of the usual N52 engine oil leaks dealt with at the same time. Nick, Mark and Michael were all very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. They kept me informed and up to date while the car was with them and gave a very fair price for the amount of work required. I would be more than happy to use them again.

Recently got my Mini JCW serviced at Central Autohaus. Looked around for a while to find a garage who new about minis so popped in for a visit first. I was pretty impressed with the set up attititide of the team there so I booked it in for a service. Asked for a coutsesy car was no problem for them. Nick was attentive to my issues and explained to me how they would go about the service and also check a few other things and overall it was an excellent experience and would recommend them all day long. Professional, skilled and incredibly-dedicated team of specialists. Highly recommended for anyone who is serious in getting their vehicle running optimally (including classic vehicles). My experience of Central Autohaus is overwhelmingly positive. This professional workshop is staffed by a dedicated team who were thorough in their work and went above and beyond to ensure that my customer needs were addressed in full. Especial note is made of the manager of the business who went out of his way to help me get the best performance out of my vehicle, and educate me on finer details. I own a 1976 VW Beetle and needed a number of items of work completed (mechanical work, and additional insurance-related body-work). Central Autohaus were able to handle everything in-house in a smooth and no-fuss manner. I was particularly impressed by the experienced mechanical knowledge the team readily applied, and their ability to match modern diagnosis technology with an old engine. In doing so, Central Autohaus were able to identify a number of underlying issues that were otherwise imperceptible (and were unable to be be correctly identified by a number of other autoshops). The team at Central Autohaus made a number of specialised, fine-grained adjustments to my engine and running gear. They kept me informed throughout the process and treated me with total respect and professionalism (the team were able to gently educate without being condescending). As a result, my vehicle is running the best it has in over 15 years (of my ownership). I am beyond impressed by the work and will be a loyal, repeat customer. While my vehicle is a classic, the attention-to-detail applied by Central Autohaus and their overall professionalism leaves me confident that customers who have modern vehicles should be equally impressed.
