Dylan was really helpful and approachable. Despite being busy on the shop floor, he took the time to explain products in detail to a first-time-pet-owner. Really appreciated his professional advice. Really enjoyed the overall service received at this store, would definitely make it my local pet shop ❤️
I don’t usually do reviews (let alone negative ones!) however the service was so incredibly poor that it needs to be addressed. I have never seen such unenthusiastic, monotone staff members. Working within management myself I would be incredibly disappointed if my team displayed the service that was given from when I walked in the door today, in my own store. Even my partner who doesn’t work within the pet industry made comment on how poor the service was. Instead of approaching customers the staff stayed behind the counter the duration we were in store. Customers were not greeted upon arrival, customers pets were treated as if they were not existent, customers had to approach the counter to ask for assistance and when it was given it was incredibly monotone and unenthused. The only reason I gave two stars is because the shelves were relatively well stocked and the parking was convenient. Customer service was atrocious and needs to be addressed! Enthusiasm and genuine customer service needs to be trained across all staff because the demeanour we saw today will genuinely lose business! You guys work with dogs, even in the boring moments/ bad days at work you at bare minimum need to be showing a genuine love to help your client and their dog. Overall just really disappointing and shocked by the service after seeing previous good reviews.

Staff were excellent and very helpful took the taime to talk and hear our questions and provide thoughtful responses, will be coming back soon :)
