    Sds Drill bit was stuck in my rotary hammer drill. Called up other big named shops who weren't willing to help because my drill was not a well known brand. The gentleman at BMB power tools happy to help me fix it without any fuss. Thank you!

    Took a Makita 481 to get fixed, chuck was stuck. Gave him warranty details, he ordered the part Infront of me. When I came back to collect he had fixed the chuck and obviously pocketed the new chuck. Got wrecked a few months later with absolute minimal use. Took it to Makita this time. Very dishonest.
