    have always had a pleasant experience with these guys very helpful and know their stuff . I will continue to support the little guys in these trying times even paying a little more for ammo. they have gone to all lengths to keep me happy with warranty issues aswell

    Went to Bankstown Gun Shop today. Steve and Terry were so helpful with everything I needed done. Transferring ownership of firearms and purchasing rounds made easy. Steve's knowledge is second to none. Thanks again boys.

    This is the WORST shop in Australia. I recently acquired my very first pta and bought a 22 magnum from Queensland Cleaver Firearms. And just because I live close to this gunshop I used it as the shop to receive my gun, REALISED WHAT A MISTAKE I MADE as most of the other gunshops charge you between 50$ to 75$ for interstate transfer, these dacoits charged me $150 and not only that, the guy saw the gun and while buying the bullets, gave me 500 rounds of 22 LR. I agree as a newbie it was my mistake to not check before leaving but this is below the belt as the dealer saw my gun, yet gave me 22 LR bullets which cost 90$ - CCI standard. Then yesterday when I went to the shop with the receipts to exchange or refund, these guys are telling me that it is against NSW policy Nand NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES IS ALLOWED IN NSW once ammunition is bought. If you're saving your hard earned money to go to a decent shop, go to Abela's or Safari...never come to this shop. They live up to the name and reputation of the suburb Bankstown

    So I went to a few gun shops today to learn more about the various sports and ask lots of questions. No-one, and I mean NO-ONE! was as helpful, friendly, welcoming or accommodating as the gents in this store. It is for this reason, I'll continue to go here and make this place my primary point of purchase going forward! I know I'm just a nobody, and I appreciate the way you guys welcomed me today! Thank you!
