Recently went in to store to organise and order fresh flowers to be put on a cake. Specifically asked for pink and white roses with baby's breath and individual stems to be wrapped with florist tape and wired so as to easily insert into cake- this was clearly written on the order form as well as the owner of the store being present at the time of ordering. My partner collected the flowers on the Saturday- however was not aware they had been ordered to be individually wrapped and wired. The flowers ordered were NOT wrapped or wired and were just an ordinary bunch of flowers. There was also other flowers within the bunch that were not roses and there was NO baby's breath either. This then meant I had to individually cut the flowers from the stems so as to be able to stick them into the cake. To make things worse, I phoned the store on Monday (today) to advise that my order was wrong and offer some feedback only to be interrupted over the phone and made to feel like it was my fault the order was incorrect. Furthermore, I was hung up on over the phone!!! I have never had such appalling customer service! No apology offered what so ever. I will never be purchasing from this florist again and suggest others needing flowers shop elsewhere! Truly disappointing outcome for someone trying to support local businesses.

Good florist with a huge range on display
A lovely florist situated in Eaton Street Sutherland. They have beautiful ready made arrangements to purchase and the bunches are always fresh and very colourful. They will also create an arrangement for you if you are wanting something specific and their flowers seems to last a long time after purchase. Great customer service.
