FluidForm is the best. I'm not really a group class kind of person, but this is a total vibe and you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in. It's a really positive, welcoming and professional space and I love everything about it. Do yourself a favour and try a class - you wont regret it.
K is the Queen. Incredible teacher - she is not only a master of her craft but is intuitive. My body has never felt stronger especially after 2 kids! After 3 months I've noticed a huge difference in my posture and core strength. The studio is gorgeous and impeccable.
I signed up for a 6 month only home subscription. Paid more than a 12 month one. Based on this you would expect that once 6 months is up that would be cancelled. Not with this lot, continue to charge and when you have them up about it they state it says it continues in their terms and conditions. A real rip off company relying on people to not notice so they make money for nothing. Be wary of them!!
I've been attending classes in Clovelly and then the new studio in Surry Hills.I was seeing my physio evey week and now it's down to every 1/3 weeks. Slowly building up core strength, and I love it. The teachers are very knowledgeable and the classes are small. They take time and correct you and as a newbie that's exactly what I'm looking for.
I attended this studio a few years back. This was the first place I experienced racial discrimination here in Australia. I had an issue with this one instructor, she would focus more on chatting and attending to other customers while leaving me in a position for long periods of time; to the extent that I actually walked out of the studio. When I sent an email to the owner expressing my discomfort and disappointment, I got a not so sincere apology and excuses on behalf of the instructor. She became very rude and defensive over the emails. Worst experience and put off boutique studios.
