The food was excellent excellent the service was good, but slow. For the number of tourists that are there (I arrived at the same time as a couple of larger tour buses) there should be additional staff or counter space to allow for faster service. But otherwise it was great.
Small diner in the middle of nowhere, yet the food quality was amazing. I had cod fillet with veggies and salad and french fries. The taste can compete with fancy restaurants in Reykjavik.
The service was very quick and the black beach burger was great. The fries/wedges were very nicely done. Fluffy on inside, crispy on outside and well seasoned. Great spot for lunch on your travels in Iceland.
Delicious food both Icelandic and mainstream. Great view of the cliffs and short walk to the black beach. Staff is super nice, quick and efficient.
The location of this spot is great. You order at the counter and then the food is brought out to you. It’s a little pricey, but the food is pretty good.
