    Renting printing system is just awful. No automation whatsoever and a lot of manual, labor work. Would not recommend for printers.

    Disastrous service is a compliment in this context as it's worse then that.....called them for a particular printer around 1 year ago, gave them my particulars with the promise that they will call me when the printer is back in stock. Still waiting the magical call or email. Ended up buying another printer from a more reliable company. A shame that such a good company as Canon is entrusted to this company
