Just to be clearer I am writing about emergency service at the hospital. I never saw something worse. I brought a friend who was having strong chest pain in his abdomen. The first doctor who received him told him that he is not dying and that he needs to wait his turn at emergency department number 2. We are waiting for 4 hours now. For this time he didn't receive any treatment not even pain killers. And he is not the only one. We heard from doctors that it's a busy night, how in the name of God this can excuse to help people in pain?

Helpful friendly staff, easy parking, cash machine and small shop for snacks and refreshments in main lobby area.
My aunt hurt her foot really badly. We've been sitting here for 7 hours now. With a bunch of other people, lucky if they call one person an hour... there was a woman who is 90 and fell down the stairs and she's waited for 11h+ until they called her. Disgusting service. Would avoid this place if I had any choice. Edit: 11 hours later still waiting...
Very good hospital though you might spend some time in queue
