    This is the kind of stores you'll find what you need at the best prices! The Pavi outlet has a very convenient parking lot... I really enjoyed the big show room: giant TVs, gaming gear, computers, mobile devices, networking, all a tech-lover would dream of is there, in the same place! Also they have an excellent website to order online! You need some gadgets or a new TV? Or maybe a new fridge or AC? This is the place to go! Fully recommended...

    I don't usually write such bad reviews to any establishment regarding problems that I have, but this experience was different. I worked in retail all over the EU for the last 20 years and I never saw inability to resolve issues like this. My boyfriend bought a Canon printer that was broken, so after numerous calls and not answering on mails (we have evidence of that also), eventually he was sent to service. After the service, he didn't get a repaired printer or new one, instead he got store credit which he didn't use immediately as the Cannon one was not in stock. A girl that was working suggested that we call after a few weeks to check on the stock. That day we came to the shop and lovely 2 sales people in the actual shop were great trying to resolve the issue. Something wasn't right with my boyfriend's account so Miss Tanja (serbian accountant, not sure about the name) came down and said there is an issue with the chair that my boyfriend bought last year and that he needs to pay for a mistake she made 3 months ago that has absolutely nothing with the broken printer and credit note. At one point, when she realised that we are not going to pay for something that we didn't even know happened and we were not informed about that at all, she started yelling at him in front of the people in the middle of the shop. Afterwards, the gentleman who was with her on the phone, came down and tried to explain the situation. I asked him about lady's and his name where I haven't got an answer, except why do i need that (this is my right as a consumer) and still we left very uncomfortable feeling, shocked and extremely offended how are we being treated as EU citizens, customers and finally human beings. We ended up staying in the shop for an hour and half with no resolved issue and with no names of people in charge. I even sent mail with this problem, they didn't have the courtesy to answer.
