To summarise, we purchased three custom-made double bedrooms which c.a. 115 days after the re-negotiated ETA are still incomplete and largely unusable. Moreover, the company is still not in a position to promise a completion date. While hoping that this negative rating motivates the company to rectify its course, we believe there is a potential for the company to do much better over the next few years if it tweaks its attitude and simplifies its processes and centralises responsibility. Respect your clients.
