    Beautiful shop with a good selection of nice brands and products for babies and toddlers! Great service, super reactive! Did the staff welcome me with a violin concert? No. So I understand some of the previous negative comments. BUT the staff turned out to be super helpful, friendly and reactive! They truly exceeded my expectations, especially Sandra. Regarding the pricing, a majority of their products are actually cheaper or the same price as other leading online sellers! I would open another birth list with them anytime. Thank you :)

    Great choice of furniture for children's bedrooms, accessories for babies, baby clothing and games as well. But everything is very pricey. In general they only sell the most expensive brands and the prices are as well higher than in few other shops.

    Here you can find beautiful and high-quality baby items BUT, unfortunately, you hardly get advice here if you don't make an appointment. But it is often said that the first impression counts. You come in (Thursday to Saturday) and you are not welcomed, let alone advice, even though you are looking for something specific. The staff often just sits at the PC instead of walking around asking if they need help. It seems like a new customer is undesirable and it's very rude. If you get such a first impression, why should you make an appointment ?! Sometimes the business seems understaffed. E.g. on Friday only 2 people from the staff saw, the others could not be found. As with other reviews, I find fault with the language skills of the staff. You may be able to speak other languages, but unfortunately you can't. Most of them only speak French. It's a shame we would have liked to have our baby list done there, but you don't only pay for the products but also for good and friendly advice (we have been there several times).
