    Very good store for nice furniture. Many options for furniture and many customization options as well. Great staff. Overall a great furniture shopping experience. They can improve a little bit on the TV cabinets selection

    Very bad customer service. Unfriendly staff. Apparently it seems they don’t wanna sell anything. We were trying to buy few items that we choose. But they said directly they don’t have stock without even bother to check. Aggressive staff.

    Staff was not friendly / of a great help. They needed an eternity to check if items were available or not. Delivery was bad too, out of 2 items one was damaged, at this price range every delivery should be checked!

    I made a mistake on the number of articles (chairs) I ordered and Mr Vautrin kindly accepted to exchange the articles against an other one. I greatly appreciated the gesture on this occasion, and Mr Vautrin's reactivity to my request.
