Before going to Lineheart, I wrote Apple Support and explained them my issue with my phone. They said that they would cover my reparation fees, since it is a factory issue. I go to Lineheart: 1. Extremely terrible customer service, not friendly and helpful at all! 2. They send me an invoice of 320€ to repair my phone. I will never ever put a foot again in that store and don't recommend it to anyone. SCAM
The people inside the shop were helpful. Talked in English with them and they were very polite.
Horrible after-sales service, even for equipment under warranty, haughty attitude, no sense of customer care. Beware they will not inform you of fees up front and will hold your product hostage until you pay extra fees that you did not agree to.
Rude, lazy and highly incompetent. Not familiar with what defines a software or hardware problem. No understanding what is and is not covered by the two year warranty. It is shocking how the sales persons are still employed.
