NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE! BNF is one of the worst banks I've ever dealt with. The management team are both incompetent and rude. They do the bare minimum and treat their customers like garbage. Their system is outdated and slow. You will only encounter problems when dealing with BNF.
BNF Bank are very rude to their clients and I don't recommend this bank at all. Everything is bad about them. Please also be aware that the bank's previous manager is now facing money laundering charges, so you can't trust them at all!
Rude and incompetent management. Probably the worst bank in Malta. Stay away from BNF Bank!
Garbage all around. Employees are EXTREMELY rude all the time, their call centre staff also have no clue what they're doing and have a very poor grasp of basic English. Also, their ATMs never work, ever.
I've been with BNF Bank from when I was only 15 (6 years) and oh boy where do I start... The service is very slow. Like, REALLY slow. No contactless, internet banking website is a joke and it's slower than a snail trying to open a Christmas present. Any transaction you do will update after 2 days and if you spend too much, only after 2 days you'll find out. I used to be so happy about this bank but after I joined Revolut I cannot turn back. Revolut may not be as good as a normal bank in terms of cheques, but it's damn fast and it tells me everything. Take notes BNF! I might join BOV or HSBC. I gotta decide properly this time. I still appreciate what the bank offered though.
