referring to Bupa Insurance: I am appalled. Had this insurance for a year now - company benefit. To collect 90€ for physio treatment it seems I am supposed to fill in a 9 page document, plus a separate document, plus go to their office and god knows how long I have to wait there. Has anyone seen that website they have? Its 2020! I have had insurances in other countries, they give you a card which you present at the doctor/hospital etc.. once done the insurance will contact you if any issues. Here you have to consume a day's work just to make a banal claim. For this simple reason I believe this is a rip off, designed to stop you from claiming and waste your time. They could make this process simpler by employing a school leaver and make this process seamless through their website for example, or setup the whole card system like all other countries. This is "third world" standard as it stands and I do not recommend.
Very bad customer service! You call on the phone and no one answers been calling for the past 3 days. Very shameful and this is a joke.
