Absolute fake casino , never won something on leovegas

Do NOT use this company to place bets on any sports!!! They are quite happy to take your money and allow you to bet on all sporting events, however when you try and withdraw your winnings they make it an impossible task. They request about 6 different documents including letters from your bank, even though they accepted a deposit from my card. Tried speaking to customer service staff but they blatantly refuse to help... i was even told that it would be easier to make withdrawals if i deposited and bet more... Disgusting company!!!!!!

I am sorry for writing such a great review about leo Vegas. I have now experienced what Leo Vegas is truly about. They do not honor bonuses ,,they only care about the $. They do not respect players at all. They basically call you a liar when trying to honor a bonus email they sent you that doesn't work when you log on. VIP is a joke and means nothing at all. Soon you take a little break from playing they trear you like your garbage. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I can tell you many other bad stories about Leo Vegas but,they just simply not worth it. I spent alot of money with leo Vegas over a hundred thousand Canadian this year and they do nothing for me. They don't appreciate your business .DO NOT PLAY AT LEO VEGAS SCAMMERS ALERT!!

I don't know what that guy is talking about leo Vegas not paying? I don't believe that for 1 second. I have been playing at leo Vegas for years and never had a problem with any of them. The 24 hour a day live chat crew are all so pleasant to deal with,friendly professionals that care about the players. They are %100 safe and stand by there words. Michael is the gentleman in Vip Canada I deal with and he's great to.deal with just like the live chat people. The games are good. Site works well and withdrawals can be from instant to 3 days for me. You mite think when you win that they are trying to get you to spend your winnings because you will have a series of things to get verified and the initial set up will take longer. It is not that they are trying to make you spend it and drag it on ,,the reason is they are very careful about you're security and you're info. It's for your safety and they want to be %100 sure your winnings get safely to you. So smart thing to do is verify your account first then once your set up it's fast all the time.
