Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Rude employees. Was going to change a broken wristband on my watch and they told me they will do it for free and it would take 2 months. It wasn't free.had to pay €40 to get it out and it took 8 months. Also never heard anything from them and I had to call every time to get an update...
This is by far the worst service I've ever seen. I brought them 4 Tissot watches, together around 3.000 Euro worth. I am waiting three month now. Sometimes i call and they tell me it cost 50-60 Euro to repair, next time 180. Now i am waiting almost a month for being able to pick them up. Absolutely not to recommend. After the feedback the Director called me and offered me to not charge me for the batteries they changed. It's not about the money why i am upset, its because the lack of communication. Waiting for month without any information can not be made undone by giving me 3 batteries (30 Euro) for free. They called me later again and told me that during the deep cleaning of one of them, because they are so busy, the cable to the battery had been removed by mistake and the watch is not working anymore. I would get a call today which i am still waiting for. Ok i picked up the watches, two of them the battery has been changed and work. The automatic one is ot working because i got told the movement would cost 50-60 Euro and a few hours later the price changed to 150 Euro. The fourth one, which i asked to change the battery and deep clean, it has been cleaned only outside and the chronometer is not working anymore. At least they didn't charge me any money, thank you for that.
