Good place for rent a car. It was all easy going!! Friendly people and good cars. The service was very good too.
Car was fine for the price, however they said they would reserve the deposit just for a few days and now (3 weeks later) still no deposit back. After calling them they say its due to my bank, yet my bank informs me that the company requested the reserved deposit for 4 WEEKS... Incredibly inconvenient to have 500 euro blocked off your creditcard for a car rental of one day (45 euro). If I would have known about this I would have rented somewhere else.
The process was quick and easy, the price was super! We had a flat tire and they took care of it perfectly and hired a cab for us without any costs
Great service for the price. But takes long to get the deposit back - around 2 weeks
Fast and good service. They released the deposit in 72h
