An elegant haven in the midst of an equally refined city, this place offers excellent cuisine and discreet meeting rooms. It is hard to imagine a place where business deals could be made with more discretion and comfort. Huzzah! Finally a classy reserve of the old school.
Amazing interior and service would highly recommend if you get the chance to go with a member.

The best in Valletta, if not on the island. The food is gorgeous, starting from the appetizers up till the desert. Fell in love with the lobster ravioli. Atmosphere is great and service is outstanding. Thumbs up!
The service has been really trying to make it work. They are very friendly and they mentioned that they had two employees call in sick last minute. As of April 2018, they're still rebuilding the place and figuring out all the details, and it shows: - We sat next to a shaft out of which a gust of wind came in constantly. - The lights suddenly went off in the whole restaurant. - The wine menu was missing many pages: it only had one, which listed only white wines. The waiter offered to recommend a wine (and we actually really liked it). - The main dishes took a ridiculously long time to arrive. This was the worst part of our experience, being very hungry and waiting for a very long time. Most of the food was uninspiring. We had the lamb shank, the salmon risotto, a pumpkin soup (one of the soups of the day), and the pumpkin/scamorza risotto. The only dish we really liked was the last one. So, yeah, several issues that they need to work on.
