Not only do they write on the website that after the goods have been repaired, they will be sent free of charge to the selected address, which did not happen, but the knife came back to me scratched and battered. My caring knife. The worst part is that scratches are written in the protocol, so I can just argue with them. Well, after this experience I will not buy anything from CZC.
