Small, cozy with quick and kind service. Coffee is tasty, their cakes and desserts are homemade and very good, kind of ordinary. It is quite crowded sometimes so make a reservation if you want to make sure you’ll get a seat. Prices are very low, even so compared to the quality.

Phone with service: Me: "Hello, I'm looking for a birthday cake urgently." Waiter: "You're not looking for him. He's not on the street, so you probably want to order." Me: "Okay, so I want to order, but I need it within 2 hours." Service: "I can offer you a latte cake." Me: "Okay, so do you have it in stock?" Waiter: "No, we have it in the fridge." I'm trying to save my birthday, the cake wasn't in my "to do" list, in a hurry from the car and I get a Czech course from someone without knowledge of business concepts. "In stock" = in store. I'm looking because I don't have it made, I'm looking for a finished product. Well, then I waved my hand over an order from this store when they're uncomfortable and reluctant to do so.

Unfortunately, I expected better service. They forgot to make me cakes for the wedding in the cafe (they were gluten-free, because of my husband's family)… if it was a birthday, for example, Ok, but the wedding…. he didn't hold anyway… I would expect at least some apology or something… it was an important day for me and fortunately it was the only thing that didn't work… but what I have to admit is that the cake was delicious and we ended up with humor… but there was no apology .. Replenishment The groom received clear instructions to pick up the cake, if he refused the cake, so unfortunately we do not have any, so it is clear that he took over the cake. He didn't say anything when handing over the box, because sometimes his nerves overflow and he can't be polite, so I asked him not to react. Unfortunately, I couldn't be at the cake. The car was chilled that even her mother-in-law is now sick… yes she got another cake, but they are not mini cakes and she got another cake just because she asked for it, otherwise she was suggested a refund, but unfortunately it would not "saturate" gluten-free ..I am writing the review only now, because I was outside the Czech Republic and I was at least expecting an apology from me, because we acted together. My mother-in-law had to talk about the compensation herself, she accepted the cake because she also wanted some data for the coffee. As for the thermoboxes, the groom refused (he cooled the car because of the fact that they arrived almost with frostbite on his hands :)), because I could not be at the ferry. Anyway, I was much more disappointed by the minidorts, I expected a little professionalism. Well, an important day for someone and someone is stolen again… I write a review only now, because I've been thinking about it for a long time, I don't like to write bad reviews, actually this is my first ugly review, I definitely don't take your job (I don't know if you noticed that I rated the cake with excellent taste) but it bothered me that on one of the most important days of my life, I was forgotten, even though I visited you a few days in advance. But I will repeat myself, the only thing I missed was an apology… And it's not even two weeks since the wedding, but a day here, a day there… Since not everyone can accept criticism, I also take it with humor :) I wish you a nice day
