    Great satisfaction with the actions of store employees. I ordered a freezer, delivered, but unfortunately it didn't work. The store responded immediately and delivered a new one from the warehouse with an apology. I recommend the store.

    Garden furniture set. The screw is missing and the same chair is slightly damaged. It is not possible to handle the sending of the screw. The whole chair cannot be replaced. I can send the order back at my own expense and risk not getting the full amount because something else will be damaged along the way. I offered to buy the screw myself at the hobby market and asked for compensation. You can't. So for me, eDvorsky will never again! Continuation. Complaints about 5 defects at once after 2 months of use. By law, the right to withdraw from the contract. E-Dvorský refuses. I have to ask the CTIA for help. § 2002 paragraph 1, § 2106, § 2161 and § 2169 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, § 19 paragraph 3, § 24 paragraph 7 letter v) of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection
