    About two years ago we wanted to buy a property in Rajhrad through this real estate agency. Broker Olga Kucerova was in charge of everything, everything went as it should, we paid a deposit. They quickly sold our apartment and were looking forward to rebuilding the house. Unfortunately, we were told that they had recovered the advance payment from someone else and that we were unlucky. Really disgust. How anyone can afford to be shocked. After about two months we got the money back. Mrs. Kučerová refused to communicate with us in any way. Suddenly her lovely smiles weren't.

    Horrible experience with the standard purchase of an apartment. Although there were practically no complications, the whole process took 5 months, because everything was expected by the real estate agent. In addition, the arrogant behavior of the broker ... really next time, even if they offered the best property, I would not deal with the purchase through them.
