    We come here to buy granules for the rabbit. There is a very nice saleswoman who has a really nice relationship with animals and talks to her well.

    As a Christmas present, I bought my parents two harnesses for a larger hafan, specifically on December 14, 2020, but in a different store in OC Vaňkovka. We unpacked it, of course, on December 24, and as soon as we left, my parents told me that they had noticed that the dog was rubbing as if in the "armpit" of the front limbs at the chest. Since my parents live in northern Moravia, we didn't get to the straps again until January. On January 15, 2021, we stopped at the Vaňkovka Zodiac, asking if it was possible to replace them (at least one of them, which was not yet unpacked, with original protective plastic bags and a tag). We were told to arrive on January 18, when the leader would be there. When we got there, we were told that they would not take it from us, as the 14-day period had passed, even though at least one of them was completely unused in the original packaging. Fortunately, a more willing lady works here in the Zodiac at Vienna, who helped us and had no problem taking back a new, unused harness, which we know would not suit our dog. :) So I would like to praise this store, or its employees. The complete opposite of the unpleasant approach in OC Vaňkovka. We immediately bought a lot of bones for hafan and something for cats in the shop in Vídeňská to make a sale for them. And due to the consumption of goodies, we will definitely return (but never to OC Vaňkovka). :)

    The first time I was there, the shop assistant was willing to give me advice and was determined to go there regularly. Unfortunately I don't know her name. However, after today's visit, when there was a very negative and reluctant lady saleswoman, Mrs. Prokesova, I know that there will never spend a crown. A completely different approach than the first time ... Pity.
