    I want to share my negative experience visiting the autogaz.md gas service at factory 96/5 At some point I found a smell from under the hood. Turned off the gas. Suspicion was on the hoses, as in some places they were wiped. Arrived at the service. After replacing the hoses, the engine began to triple on gas at idle. They began to look for the cause, calibrated the nozzles, changed the temperature sensor. They took money for diagnostics and tuning and said that, in principle, you can go. Having reached the tobacco, I realized that it was impossible to drive like that and the car stalls almost every time I switch, I returned to the service They began to argue that the problem is in the candlelight (I have four-pin platinum, they say they are not suitable for gas). Replace the candles and at the same time the tips of the ignition coils. All the same, the problem did not go away. During this time, I began to get nervous about the time spent on the service, searching for a problem by typing, and worst of all, the costs of procedures, work, spare parts, which have already exceeded 2000 lei. Calling the director of the service, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the pointless expenses, to which he broke, that the car is old and it will not work normally, and that it is necessary to do the coking, and that I generally have to sell it, since I can not support it financially (from - because I’m not ready to spend money on meaningless procedures, which in his opinion are diagnostics), and that all clients on BMWs and Mercedes are solid assholes who are constantly having problems ... In general, rudeness was at the highest level. In the end, I said that I wouldn’t pay for candles and tips, insisted on replacing them with the old ones, and left the service, having previously paid about 1000 lei there. A couple of weeks later I stopped at another service in Bucuria, where competent guys came across who almost immediately determined the problem in the nozzles. After replacing the nozzles, the car began to work as expected and I decided to go back to autogaz again to demonstrate to them how incompetent they are. But a civilized conversation did not work, and instead of apologizing and admitting that he was wrong, the director began to paraffin the competitors and cited the fact that they had deceived me, put me cheap bad nozzles, and that the candles were necessary for me (according to FIG that this does not solve the problem) The conversation switched to elevated tones and realizing that it is pointless to talk with the director, he is simply insane, I left promising him that I would publish the essence of the incident on the Internet What actually do.
