Good choice of floor tiles and bathroom plumbing units. Slow and unwilling customer service (it took me 1 hour to make and pay an in-store order), unorganized delivery service. You buy and it's your own problem how you are going to unload the goods, the best they can do is inform you one hour in advance when they are going to deliver. Managers, please take notes, that is not customer oriented service. Updated: +1 star because the delivery driver offered to help me unload the goods. Thank you, sir.

Zero professionalism and quality !!! I bought some of the sanitary ware with great difficulty because the staff did not know the products. The second part I needed for finishing was not in stock but they promised it would be in a few days. When I unpacked some of the products, they had defects and scratches that could not be produced during transport / but it is my fault that I trusted the store's consultants. I have been trying for a week to call / customer support / to find out about the ordered goods and no one answers, just the call was interrupted and I received some messages in Russian. I am not a Russian speaker and I think that such behavior is inadmissible from a company operating in Moldova. Finally I found them in a week, without good morning and presentation I was put on the run with questions -What a problem I have that they do not have time !!!!!!! If the customer support service does not have for a week then you can imagine how many buyers call them with problems. Company without professionalism
