We booked the one day Kuelap tour with Eagle Tours and paid S. 90 each. It was a bummer we were promised an English speaking guide by the Eagle Tour Office and that was not the case. I would recommend a different tour agency if you want an English speaking guide. Also a minor hiccup the bus driver was late and caused us to miss our tour time, so we had to purchase individually a second set of tickets for S.20 each, which was refunded by the agency at the end of the night. Bring extra soles just in case. 3 stars for lying about an English speaking guide. We would have picked a different tour agency had we known.
I did not like the service. The contract is made in the agency but they subcontract and separate from the tourist. Then you have to deal with every person that they outsourced. The tourist contracts with an agency not to worry about anything, but my experience with this agency was terrible. They lack a lot to have a quality service
Eagles tour of chachapoyas Excellent care. Attentive to each of our needs and well-being. Very attentive staff ... very professional and responsible drivers and guides.
The trip was very beautiful and they have very trained guides.
From the first moment the person who attended us knew how to explain very well the tourist places, the interest they represented in the Chachapoyas culture, as well as different information that helped us on the trip. We took the package of the three days of guided tour, explanation, transfer and food. We really liked the treatment they have had with us and the procedure of the activities.
