    Embarrassing consulting service! The ladies at the counter have a violent and superior attitude. Throughout the consultancy, they displayed with the other 3 clients (including the undersigned) the same aggressive behavior, interrupting each one when they had a question and / or a question. I am sorry for the frustrations of these ladies and especially, I am sorry that they still have an age that should involve a little more decency and good will given the chosen object of activity! Unfortunately, this attitude encourages customers to choose a foreign bank, to the detriment of traditional Romanian banks.
