    It takes advantage of the naivety and lack of information of the elderly in offering them non-performing products. For example, a shopping card product with EMAG benefits and partnership (a product in their financing offer) was presented - 24 interest-free installments at EMAG. However, the product "narrated" by the consultant is different from the one for which the contract was signed. Offering a "Standard Shopping Card" lower than the one presented as appropriate. (only 6 interest-free installments for EMAG) - take advantage of consumer credibility and naivety. Probably the bonus for selling that product was lower in score. When reporting the problem in a few days (consultants shrugged) and a market-like attitude "So what do you want to buy?"
